Before Shipping any products we do check the condition of product ordered. However the products that are fragile can still be damaged or broken during shipping or transit.
NOTE: MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, YOU SHOULD INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSON AND MARK THE BILL OF LADING AS "DAMAGED".
